MQX (Machine Quilters Exposition, LLC) will be sponsoring a Machine Quilters Exposition on April 13 to April 18, 2009. The Exhibit will be located at The Center of NH / Radisson Hotel, 700 Elm Street, Manchester, New Hampshire, 03101. There will be classes held starting on April 13, a sneak peek on April 15 and the exhibit will be from April 16 to April 18, 2009.

This exhibit and conference were founded by machine quilters Janet-Lee Santeusanio and Mary Schilke. The MQX embraces all types of machine quilt producers not matter how small or big machines they will use to produce quilts.

MQX gives a venue for machine quilt producers to learn new techniques of their craft. MQX is a venue where they can share their knowledge and mingle with other producers. They will also give a venue where the producers can show their craft and be acknowledging of their accomplishments.

The exhibit will open on April 13 with a class. Here the teachers are encouraged to teach new and exciting techniques to the students. The classes will be held in a comfortable and flexible setting. The classes are held in the hopes that the artists skills in making machine quilts will be sharpened and that whatever beauty they achieve in their crafts will be shared with the public.

The promoters have planned the quilt convention with education, relaxation and enjoyment in their minds. Past participants and patrons have made some suggestions o how the convention should be and the promoters have made special efforts to follow these suggestions. Quilt makers from Us, Canada, Europe and Australia will be joining this convention.

For April 15 when the sneak peek of the Quilt show will be held this will be for the registered students, teachers, volunteers and staff to see. The quilt exhibit will start on April 16, from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., April 17 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and April 18 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
